JOB OPPORTUNITY HIGHLY COMPETITIVE POSITIONS IN MP SCALE
Overview:
The Government of Pakistan, as part of its aviation sector revitalization plan, aims to outsource the operation of major airports in Pakistan. This initiative is designed to enhance the quality of services provided to passengers and maximize revenue. To achieve these objectives, the government is seeking highly qualified and competitive professionals to fill various Management Positions. These positions will be awarded strictly on merit in a transparent manner.
Management Positions
MP-I: TEAM LEADER (01 Post)
- Qualification:
- PhD in Aviation Management, Management Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, or Law from an NEC recognized national or international university
- OR Master’s degree (Minimum 16 years education) in Aviation Management, Management Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, or Economics from an HEC recognized national or international university
- Experience:
- At least 14 years of experience in a Senior Management position in the national or international Commercial Aviation sector
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the management of International Airports
- OR At least 18 years of experience as stated above
MP-II: CIVIL AVIATION AFFAIRS ADVISOR (01 Post)
- Qualification:
- PhD in Aviation Management or in Management Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration from an HEC recognized national or international university
- OR Master’s degree (minimum 16 years’ education) preferably in Aviation Management or in Management Sciences, Public Administration, or Business Administration from an HEC recognized national or international university
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in a Senior Management position in the national/international Aviation sectors
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Commercial Aviation
- OR At least 14 years of experience as stated above
Important Instructions
- Recruitment will be made as per the policy issued by the Establishment Division, Government of Pakistan, vide their GM No.113/2020-E-6 dated 05-08-2020, titled “Management Position Scales Policy, 2020,” as amended from time to time.
- Candidates should not exceed 62 years of age at the time of the closing date of applications and must be Pakistani nationals.
- The appointment will be on a contract basis, initially for a period of eighteen (18) months, further extendable for a maximum period of two (02) years on an annual basis, subject to satisfactory performance.
- Candidates should have relevant experience working in multi-discipline large organizations requiring a highly challenging and transformational environment, with a proven track record of success and achievements.
