Jonah Hill Faces Damning Accusations of Emotional Abuse from Ex-Girlfriend Sarah Brady

Brady, a 26-year-old California surfer, took to Instagram on July 6 to share a professional photo of herself in a white plunging crop top and matching mini skirt, accompanied by a caption that read, “Reviving a pic I took down by request of a misogynist narcissist.”

The couple had been dating between 2021 and 2022, and Brady took to her Instagram Story on July 7 to shed light on the alleged emotional abuse she experienced. She emphasized that being an emotionally abusive partner does not necessarily make someone a terrible person, often stemming from their own trauma, but it is not acceptable either.

To support her claims, Brady shared screenshots of alleged past online conversations with the 39-year-old actor. In one conversation, Hill allegedly asked her to remove photos of herself surfing in a swimsuit from her Instagram, which she complied with. He also expressed discomfort with her engaging in certain activities and posting specific pictures.

Hill allegedly stated, “If you need: Surfing with men, boundaryless inappropriate friendships with men, to model, to post pictures of yourself in a bathing suit, to post sexual pictures, friendships with women who are in unstable places and from your wild recent past beyond getting a lunch or coffee or something respectful…I am not the right partner for you. If these things bring you to a state of happiness I support it and there will be no hard feelings. These are my boundaries for romantic partnership.”

E! News has reached out to Hill’s representative for comment but has not received a response at the time of this report.

Brady responded to Hill, expressing her understanding and agreement to his boundaries. She listed her own set of restrictions, including not surfing with men unless they were trusted close friends mutually agreed upon, avoiding inappropriate friendships with men, and refraining from posting certain pictures without Hill’s pre-approval.

In another text exchange, Hill expressed his respect for Brady’s skills, surfing, and personal choices. However, he also emphasized the importance of his own interests and boundaries. He encouraged her to celebrate herself and her life in any way she pleased.

Brady also shared a conversation with a friend where she discussed the impact of psychological abuse, especially on someone with a mental illness like herself. She revealed that Hill began questioning her sanity and medications towards the end of their relationship, causing further distress.

Brady decided to speak out about her experience with Hill now, explaining that keeping it to herself had been detrimental to her mental health. She expressed her journey of healing and growth over the past year with the help of loved ones and doctors, aiming to live her life without guilt, shame, or self-judgment.

The former couple’s history included Hill initially showing support for Brady’s surfing photos, as evidenced by a screenshot of a direct message exchange from July 2021. However, Brady expressed her disbelief that someone who had sent her positive messages could later become upset when she didn’t remove those pictures after they started dating.

Brady further posted a screenshot of a review of Hill’s 2022 documentary Stutz, featuring psychiatrist Phil Stutz. Over the actor’s photo, she wrote derogatory comments, labeling him as “just another narcissist” and expressing her disgust.

Days later, Brady uploaded a photo of Hill surfing, requesting others to refrain from calling him into waves, indicating her desire to distance herself from him.

It is worth mentioning that Brady’s public posts about Hill coincided with the news of the actor welcoming his first child with his new girlfriend, Olivia Millar. The gender of the baby has not been disclosed.

Sarah Brady has accused actor Jonah Hill of emotional abuse during their past relationship. She has provided alleged evidence of their conversations to support her claims, shedding light on the impact of psychological abuse on her mental health. Hill’s representative has been contacted for comment but has not responded thus far. The public acknowledgment of these allegations comes at a time when Hill celebrates the arrival of his child with his new partner, Olivia Millar. Brady hopes that by speaking out, she can bring attention to her experience and find closure in her healing journey.
